Gady Medrano Is No Stranger To The Real Estate Industry: She Is One Of The Top Agents In Las Vegas And A Well-Known Figure In TV Show “Flipping Vegas”

Sometimes we see the need to sell, rent or buy a property, whether it is a house, apartment, or commercial property. It is possible that if we do it ourselves, the sale or rental takes longer than planned or the purchase of the property is a little more expensive than if we had had the help of a real estate professional.

Gady Medrano is one of the best real estate agents today. She is an award-winning real estate agent, a second-generation real estate investor, and principal of Gady Real Estate Group. Since the beginning, her father has been her source of inspiration.

My father was a big part of my inspiration. I saw firsthand how you can start with very little and build the life you want. My father. He was an investor and a home reseller. When I was in high school, he would pick me up from school and we would go buy condos. We didn’t have a lot of money growing up, so selling properties was important. I helped him design the flips so they would sell quickly. Later I became a licensed agent and helped him build a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. He taught me that even if you don’t start with much, with hard work and dedication, you can reach your goals. I am also very inspired by my clients. I work with a wide variety of people.” Gady shares.

For most people, buying a home is the most important and most expensive investment they will make in their lifetime. Gady understands this and takes it into account when providing her services.

Helping other people reach one of life’s biggest milestones is a thrill for me. I am honored when they choose me to help them with it. It’s inspiring to help others build the life they dream of.” Gady says.

Gady is no stranger to the real estate industry, on the contrary, she has been recognized as one of the top real estate agents in Las Vegas. Besides, she is the star of the worldwide television show “Flipping Vegas” on A&E.

On the TV show we buy and flip properties for profit. Flipping Vegas has increased my reach and audience, which I leverage for the benefit of my clients. I can sell your property faster and for the best price.” Gady explains.

With more than a decade of experience, Gady specializes in luxury real estate and commercial properties in Las Vegas. She comments that despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the market in Las Vegas has been growing rapidly.

“I work with a very wide array of people in Las Vegas, from celebrities to first-time homebuyers. I also just launched a podcast show called Icon Alley. In it, I interview a variety of guests. Guests range from celebrities, business people, charities, athletes, and more. The podcast is a more personal look into my life and interests. My interests are varied and the podcast is a reflection of that.” Gady adds.

Gady expresses that attention to detail is key when starting a business. This will allow any business owner to successfully fulfill the needs of their customers and go above and beyond.

If you pay attention you can anticipate your clients’ needs. I have the knowledge and experience to help them at the highest level. However, if they don’t feel it, it’s no use. I provide a concierge type of service. I treat my clients as if they were my family, and I love my family.” Gady advises.

Despite the recognition Gady has gained through her profession, it hasn’t all been rosy. The recession of 2008 was very difficult for her since the real estate industry in the United States came to a complete halt.

I was a loan officer and real estate agent in San Francisco when the real estate crisis hit. I lost my investments and my means of income, real estate. Everything came to a screeching halt. We had no stimulus package to help us, no end in sight, no other prospects. Real estate was the only thing I had done.  Then I moved to Las Vegas. It was a dark and difficult time. I was in a new city, with no friends, no clients, and little money. I ended up making YouTube videos to get clients. I then used those videos to get an interview for the TV show Flipping Vegas on A&E. It was the hardships that made me move, but ultimately propelled me to where I am today.” Gady shares.

Gady’s biggest projects for 2021 include launching her new podcast, Icon Alley with Gady, which has also given her the opportunity to work closely with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, of which she is a fan.

“The show has very entertaining and real conversations with a wide variety of guests. Guests range from celebrities, business people, political analysts, athletes, and more. I’m a huge fan of the UFC, which is based in Las Vegas. Recently, Icon Alley secured official press credentials for the UFC, where I will have access to some of the biggest names in the UFC. While the big names are good, the show will also showcase notable charities and motivational stories of real people, “everyday icons.” It aims to inspire the icon in all of us.” Gady says.
